The Legacy of a Memory
My name is Lavinia Elena Grigore, founder of LÈ_Wine Experience, and my love for wine stems from a distant memory, deep in my childhood. I remember my grandfather among the rows of vines, his hands marked by time, the scent of ripe grapes, and the calm with which he explained to me, as we harvested the grapes, that wine isn't just something to drink: it's something to listen to, to respect, to experience. It was he who told me that every glass tells a story of land, of work, of emotions, and that to truly understand it, you have to know how to wait, like waiting for a good season or the right moment.
My roots
Where it all began
I was 14 when these photos were taken. I didn't know it yet, but those steps between the earth and the vine were already shaping everything I would one day create. Every faded color, every authentic detail from the '90s recounts a true moment in my life: the connection with family, with nature, and with the wine that was beginning to speak to me. These images aren't just memories: they are the root of LÈ_Wine Experience. They are the place where I learned to observe, to wait, to love wine for what it represents: a story that grows, matures, and transforms.
From passion to profession
As I grew up, those words became a guide and a source of inspiration. I earned my Enologist Sommelier Certificate and continue to expand my knowledge with the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), an international program that deepens the knowledge and culture of wine.
From these studies and that simple yet profound teaching, my dream was born: to create LÈ _Wine Experience, a project that combines the tradition and culture of wine with a modern vision made of refinement, passion, and authenticity.
My philosophy
I believe wine is not just a drink,
but a universal language made of emotions, aromas, and stories to share.
